Olympia Federal Savings is seeking a Customer Care Center Associate to deliver high-quality service to customers via phone and computer. The role includes opening accounts, processing transfers and servicing deposits, and assisting the digital team with Online Banking issues.

Ideal candidates reside in Washington, have strong communication skills, and bring prior customer service or teller experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Olympia, WA with comprehensive benefits and 401k

Qualifications

• Reside in Washington State.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills.
• Experience in the financial industry and/or teller experience preferred.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for potential, new, and existing customers, handling deposits and servicing tasks.
• Provide prompt and courteous service and strive for first contact resolution.
• Assist Digital Banking troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
