Job summary

Olympia Federal Savings seeks a Customer Care Center Associate to join our team in Olympia, WA. This role provides high-level service to internal and external customers via phone and computer, handles deposits, transfers, and account servicing, and supports the digital team with Online Banking troubleshooting.

Candidates must reside in Washington, be bondable, have a high school diploma or GED, and bring prior customer service and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience in financial industry and/or teller preferred
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience
• Must be bondable

Responsibilities

• Provide account information and perform deposits, transfers, withdrawals and servicing
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure first-contact resolution
• Assess customer needs and recommend products/services
• Perform account maintenance tasks (checks, stop payments, cards, address changes)
• Troubleshoot Digital Banking and Bill Pay; provide timely resolutions
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
• Support other departments as needed
