Job summary

Olympia Federal Savings is seeking a Customer Care Center Associate based in Washington to provide high-level service by phone and online. You will open and service deposit accounts, handle transfers, and assist with Online Banking issues.

The role requires residing in WA, attending daily trainings at the Olympia Main Office, and delivering accurate, compliant customer service while supporting a community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent public and customer relations skills to effectively communicate with customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to explain banking regulations clearly.
• Ability to handle cash and numerical transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for new and existing customers; open and service deposit accounts.
• Assist digital team with Online Banking troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Process transfers, withdrawals, check orders, and account maintenance tasks.
• Clarify concerns, determine causes, and provide solutions with timely follow-up.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory statutes.
