Job summary

OluKai is seeking a Full Time Stock Lead in Hawaii to receive, organize and maintain store inventory. The role requires attention to detail, stamina for moderate to heavy physical work, and the ability to transport goods with a personal vehicle as needed.

The position includes weekly floor support, inventory audits, and ensuring a smooth back‑room operation to help the sales team deliver a great in‑store experience. Competitive benefits are offered by Archipelago Companies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.

• Detail oriented and able to read invoices and packing slips.
• Exhibits familiarity with OluKai product range and back-of-house processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all incoming freight; replenish merchandise to sales floor.
• Ensure shipments are accurately received and stocked; assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain organized back room; support a well-run stockroom.
• Assist in biannual inventory audits and stock reporting to Store Manager.
• Analyze inventory to create optimal replenishment orders and weekly reporting.
• Perform stockroom safety and cleanliness duties per company standards.
• One weekly sales floor shift; assist customers and shadow management responsibilities.
• Process RAs, transfers, and damages on request.

Job description

As the OluKai Full Time Stock Lead, your kuleana (responsibility) is receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory. The position requires close attention to detail, the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, and strong organizational skills. A personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance is also required for transport of goods, mileage reimbursement provided.

We Have The Following Position(s) Open For This Role

Full Time (32 or more hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting the store’s needs such as receiving and processing all incoming freight, replenishing merchandise to the sales floor, and fulfillment of customers and Sales Associates requests from the sales floor
• Ensure shipments are accurately received, neatly stocked in back room or storage facility, and consistently maintained for our Sales Associates to easily access. Proactively help the team where needed.
• Support the effort to achieve a well-organized back room so sales team can find products and provide the customer a great in-store experience
• Assist in biannual inventory audits to ensure stock is accurately being received and processed
• Analyze physical inventory and reporting to create optimal replenishment orders that support future sale opportunities. Reporting to be submitted to the Store Manager weekly.
• Maintains a clean, organized and efficient stockroom(s) while adhering to company standards and safety requirements.
• 1x week sales floor shift, assisting customers, tracking sales and shadowing MOD to learn daily operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Responsible for processing RA’s, Transfers and Damages upon request.
