Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) in Coralville, IA, is hiring a Technician II to formulate custom oligonucleotides per customer orders. Responsibilities include following master records, maintaining process records, and handling customer materials. On-site role with a split shift, Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, some lab experience, and strong MS Office skills; associate degree or higher and 12 months of lab work are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Some laboratory experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: an associate degree or higher and 12 months of lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows customer instruction sets and approved process flows.
• Keeps thorough records of specialized oligo processes.
• Organizes and handles customer-owned materials and non-standard reagents.
