Job summary

Synoligo Biotechnologies in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Oligonucleotide Production Research Associate to join our startup team. You will help synthesize oligos and conjugates, purify by HPLC, and contribute to routine production tasks in a fast-paced environment. You bring a BS in chemistry or related field, 1 year of lab experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related field required or equivalent.
• 1 year laboratory experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize oligonucleotides and conjugates.
• Perform HPLC purification and downstream processing of oligos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Keep batch records and equipment logs per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, ISO-compliant production environment.
