Job summary

You will run solid-phase synthesis on automated platforms, purify and characterize material, and prepare conjugates for targeted delivery. The role requires a BS or MS with 2+ years of lab experience, proficiency in HPLC/LC-MS, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or related field with 2+ years of lab experience.
• Hands-on solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis on automated synthesizers.
• Experience with preparative HPLC purification and LC-MS data interpretation.
• Bioconjugation chemistry (NHS ester, maleimide–thiol, or click) applied to oligos.
• Meticulous documentation using an electronic lab notebook.
• Ability to manage multiple experiments and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis on automated platforms.
• Purify oligonucleotides by RP-HPLC and IEX-HPLC; purify, desalt, and prepare material.
• Conjugate preparation of small molecule–oligonucleotide and antibody–oligonucleotide conjugates.
• Record data, analyze results, and present findings at team meetings.
• Maintain safety and compliance in a fully on-site lab environment.
