Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Scientific Discipline required and 1+ years of experience
• Experience working with LC/MS is required
• Areas of specialization reside in synthetic organic chemistry, with strong synthesis skills and understanding of reactivity

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams to optimize and characterize the synthesis processes of oligonucleotides with an emphasis on improvement in process robustness and productivity and control of impurities.
• Record the experimental procedures and data accurately.
• Communicate research results effectively by writing research reports and presenting data in team meetings.
