Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field is required; Master’s preferred.
• GMP/ISO/FDA regulatory knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with oligonucleotide chemistry and related lab techniques is desirable.
• Wet lab experience in organic chemistry is desirable.
• Advanced degrees may offset required years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for diagnostic products under guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in the design and execution of experiments; perform testing on Analytical Chemistry instruments; analyze data and summarize results.
• Perform laboratory activities, including hands-on wet lab work supporting product testing, characterization, and development efforts.
• Support oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and apply Quality System requirements, change control processes, and technical impact assessments.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional partners to investigate technical documentation and product-related issues.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and technical documentation in accordance with established procedures.
