Alder seeks an Enrichment Specialist for Older Adults in the Boston area. You will design and run engaging programs to improve social, emotional, and mental well-being, while building strong connections with participants and their families.

Required are a compassionate approach, experience with older adults, and the ability to create inclusive activities. This full-time role offers hybrid work options and community-based engagement across sites in Boston/Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with seniors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to design and implement engaging activities for diverse abilities.
• Empathy and patience in caregiving contexts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement social, educational, and recreational programs for older adults.
• Engage with participants and families to encourage participation.
• Provide one-on-one support and companionship.
• Monitor engagement progress and adapt activities as needed.
• Collaborate with staff, caregivers, and volunteers to enhance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of engagement and feedback.
