Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs tailored to interests, abilities and needs of older adults.
• Engage with seniors and families to encourage participation.
• Offer one-on-one engagement and companionship to seniors.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities based on feedback.
• Collaborate with staff, caregivers and volunteers to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain records of engagement, preferences and feedback for reporting.
