Job summary

Greenwich House is seeking an Older Adult Network Administrator to support day-to-day operations across four New York City sites. This role coordinates administrative tasks, referrals, and program delivery to ensure high-quality services for older adults.

You will assist with scheduling, budgeting, and partnerships while maintaining compliant records and supporting program development that enhances wellness and social connections for members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in older adult services or community programming.
  • Experience planning and implementing programs, activities, events, and community initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across locations.
  • Ability to analyze data, maintain records, prepare reports, and support quality improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across all four Older Adult Center locations to promote consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Support Center Directors with scheduling, correspondence, purchasing, reports, documentation, calendars, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate program activities, events, workshops, outings, and community initiatives, including logistics, materials, vendors, instructors, and partner coordination.
  • Provide members with information, referrals, case assistance, service navigation, and connections to community resources.
  • Assist with member intake, enrollment, assessments, follow-up, and maintaining accurate confidential records and documentation.
  • Support program development by identifying trends, building partnerships, and creating opportunities that promote wellness, learning, creativity, and social connection.
  • Monitor participation, engagement, and program outcomes while supporting reporting, data tracking, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Assist with budgets, purchasing, invoices, communications, and promotional materials to support program awareness and participation.
  • Maintain compliance with NYC Aging standards, agency policies, and contractual requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Provide administrative coverage and operational support at Greenwich House Older Adult Center locations as needed.
