BairesDev is a leader in technology projects with a global, fully remote team. We seek a Software Engineer specializing in Okta to manage enterprise identity solutions, streamline user lifecycles, and integrate custom Okta applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Identity & Access Management, security, or software engineering.
• Proven expertise in integrating and managing Okta for enterprise identity solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring SSO, user lifecycle management, and SCIM provisioning.
• Hands-on experience developing or customizing Okta applications and workflows.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for secure access to enterprise applications.
• Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle including automated onboarding and offboarding.
• Configure and optimize SCIM provisioning to sync user data across cloud and on-premise systems.
• Develop and maintain custom Okta applications and integrations to meet organizational requirements.
• Ensure reliability and security of the identity platform by following best practices for authentication and authorization.
