You will cultivate executive-level relationships with hospitals and health systems, analyze market trends, and collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Admissions teams to align on growth goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care business development.
• Proven track record of census growth and building referral pipelines.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong relationships within the Oklahoma healthcare market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development strategy across the Oklahoma market.
• Drive census growth and referral development across multiple facilities.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with hospitals, health systems, and key referral sources.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner closely with Regional Operations, Clinical, and Admissions teams to align on performance goals.
• Support new facility integrations, program development, and service line expansion.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field, including hospital visits and partnership meetings.
