Job summary

House of David (Curt Landry Ministries) seeks a Campus Pastor/Administrative Pastor for the Oklahoma campus to provide spiritual leadership, staff development, and campus operations oversight at House of David, 22500 S Hwy 125, Fairland, OK.

This full-time, on-site role reports to Executive Leadership; salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 DOE with comprehensive benefits and a flexible schedule for ministry events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and pastoral leadership.
• Strong communication skills; interview may include a speaking sample.
• Experience leading people, teams, and ministry environments.
• Alignment with House of David and Curt Landry Ministries' mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral care and discipleship for the local church.
• Foster a culture of prayer, community, and spiritual growth.
• Develop staff, volunteers, and ministry teams.
• Oversee campus operations and ministry health.
• Engage with congregation, community, and partners.
