Hope Center Ministries seeks an Apprentice Director to learn under the Campus Director and prepare to lead a Hope Center campus. You will gain hands-on experience across operations, ministry leadership, budgeting, and staff development in a Christ-centered environment.

You will be mentored by senior leaders, participate in weekly meetings, and develop skills in leadership coaching, program development, and partner relations as part of a structured growth plan for future Campus Director

Qualifications

• Apprentice Director is a developmental role within Hope Center Ministries.
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to the mission.
• Willingness to participate in leadership training and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the Campus Director and participate in daily center operations.
• Develop leadership and staff coaching skills, and empower volunteers.
• Help implement strategic plans for the local Center and ensure healthy resident engagement.
• Engage with community partners and donors as needed to advance the Center's mission.
• Participate in fundraising initiatives and organizational development activities.
