Job summary

Decision Point is looking for an Oklahoma Campus Ministry Staff to coach and disciple student leaders to share the gospel, build relationships with youth pastors, churches, and community leaders, and recruit volunteers. You will help expand the ministry across Oklahoma and spend 50–75% of your time in the field during the school year.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel throughout Oklahoma and occasionally nationwide.
• Mature Christian committed to biblical values.

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to proclaiming the gospel to the next generation by equipping students and partnering with local churches to reach middle and high school campuses.

Help expand Decision Point’s ministry throughout Oklahoma.

As a nonprofit ministry, all Decision Point staff raise prayer and financial support. You’ll receive comprehensive training, coaching, and encouragement throughout the fundraising process.
