MID-AMERICA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY INC is seeking a University Chaplain & Executive Director of Spiritual Formation to lead worship, mentoring, and Biblical education for students, faculty, and staff at the Main Campus in Oklahoma City.

The role oversees chapel services, spiritual formation programs, and cross‑department collaboration while providing pastoral care in a Church of God context. 10+ years in ministry and ordained/licensed status are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and relational skills within a university setting.
• Strong commitment to Church of God doctrines and values.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead chapel services, coordinate spiritual formation programs, and foster worship across modalities.
• Provide biblical education through seminars, workshops, and events rooted in Church of God theology.
• Oversee operations, budget, and technology systems to support department goals.
• Engage with diverse communities and partner with local churches for outreach.
• Offer pastoral care, counseling, and spiritual direction to students, faculty, and staff.
