Job summary

Plunkett Distributing Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Oklahoma City location. You will own the P&L, lead a complete branch team, drive sales strategy, and represent the company in the market.

This on-site role offers a competitive base salary and a clear path to growth as the Oklahoma City branch expands. You will report to the Chief Operations Officer and collaborate with the CEO and CFO on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of leadership experience managing a team, branch, store, or facility
• Track record of hitting sales and profitability targets with hands-on P&L or budget responsibility
• Builder's mindset: spot broken processes and fix them
• Strong people skills, developing your team, maintaining morale
• Able to operate independently and be accountable for results

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the full branch team (operations, customer service, and sales)
• Own the branch P&L: guide sales strategy, control overhead, grow net profit
• Build and improve branch processes for profitability and employee satisfaction
• Represent the company in the OKC market and build relationships with customers and community
• Monitor market conditions and share insights with senior leadership and other branches
