JOB DESCRIPTION:

Onamia Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and highly energetic Ojibwe Language Teacher. Applicant m ust be able to work well with students of different grade levels and be knowledgeable in Ojibwe language and culture. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in teaching andlearning, equity and diversity, and meeting the needs of unique learners.

The Onamia School District is located along the south shore of beautiful Lake Mille Lacs and is just one and a half hours north of Minneapolis on highway 169.

Onamia School District qualifies for student loan reduction/forgiveness programs.
