Bunge is seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Leader for our Sandston, VA facility. You will oversee site operations, safety programs, budgeting, and team development, driving productivity and compliance across the oilseed processing plant.

The role requires engineering or technical background, 10+ years in operations with 5+ years in management, and strong financial acumen. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field required; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with 5 years in management in plant operations; 5 years in relevant sectors.
• Union experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
