Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in plant operations with 5+ years in management/supervision.
• 5 years in oilseed processing/edible oil or related field.
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge strongly preferred; strong financial acumen.
• Ability to work self-directed with high initiative; 50 hours/week average.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and productivity improvements.
• Lead and develop the plant's management team.
• Coordinate with commercial and admin groups to meet objectives.
• Prepare production plans and long-term growth initiatives.
• Ensure asset protection and risk management.
• Produce and verify daily/monthly production reports.
