Job summary

ISI Contracting Group LLC is seeking a full-time Roustabout/Laborer/Supervisor for on-site work in OH/PA/WV. The role covers general oilfield labor, site prep, and assisting with facility construction tasks.

You’ll operate or support heavy equipment, assist welding crews, and help with rigging and material handling. The supervising component involves coordinating crews, tracking progress, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on diverse oil and gas projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in rigging and safe material handling practices.
• Experience with drilling operations or support activities in oilfield environments.
• Ability to work with cranes and coordinate lifts per safety standards.
• Experience operating or supporting heavy equipment used in construction/oilfield work.
• Familiarity with wellsites and industrial facilities.
• Solid commitment to safety and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors and use tools safely.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting for equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; follow instructions and lead when supervising.
• Prior experience in oil, gas, construction, or industrial field work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; legal work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general oilfield labor, including site prep and facility construction tasks.
• Support welding crews with rigging, material handling, and equipment setup.
• Operate or assist with heavy equipment; ensure safe, clean work areas.
• Rig and coordinate lifts and material movements following safety standards.
• Coordinate crews, monitor progress, and report to project managers when supervising.
• Perform outdoor work in varying weather and follow all safety procedures.
