Job summary

Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC is seeking skilled Field Maintenance Technicians to travel to drilling rig field locations and perform servicing, repair, adjustment and testing of equipment, and document maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include training crew on preventive maintenance, coordinating maintenance projects on rigs, and providing feedback to site management. A high school diploma or GED is required along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to travel to drilling rig sites and stay away from home as needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform maintenance, servicing, repair and testing of equipment at rig sites.
• Document equipment condition and maintenance actions taken.
• Train and mentor crew on preventive maintenance checks and basic repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance projects on rigs and provide feedback to site managers.
• Assist operations with maintenance policy implementation and safety practices.
