Key Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic to service and upkeep oilfield equipment in Odessa, Texas.

The role involves diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation of engines, pumps, belts, and conveyors. You will disassemble and repair machinery, lubricate components, and inspect completed work for quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience as a mechanic or similar capacity.
• Must have a Class C license, or valid DCL A or B depending on vehicle.
• Knowledge and skills in well service equipment repair or preventive maintenance.
• Skilled in rebuilding, inspecting and repairing hydraulic, electrical systems, engines and transmissions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with safe work habits.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnosis for problems on oil well service equipment based on field reports and diagnostic tests.
• Performs required repairs based on troubleshooting mechanical equipment.
• Performs routine and moderately complex preventive maintenance, including overhauling engines and transmissions.
• Repairs and maintains machinery such as motors, pumps, belts, conveyors, fans, and air conditioners.
• Disassembles machines to repair or replace broken parts, clean and lubricate components.
• Inspects completed repairs and ensures proper functionality.
• May include DOT annual inspections and field or shop work.
• May operate in rig environments following company procedures and training on hazard conditions.
