Job summary

UNAVAILABLE in Alaska seeks a material handler to coordinate loading/unloading, document issues, and secure shipments at Big Lake headquarters. You will work with Vendor warehouses and NANA personnel daily, ensuring proper material handling and compliance with safety policies.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5 years oilfield material handling experience, forklift operation, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum five years oilfield material handler experience.
  • Experience operating a small forklift on a construction site; telehandler preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • 49CFR & ICAO/IATA Haz-Mat certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload materials from transport vehicle and secure loads.
  • Document defective material issues and shipment discrepancies; relay to Material Coordinator.
  • Work with Vendor warehouses and NANA personnel daily.
  • Provide accurate documentation of all material handled as per procedures.
  • Assist in managing permanent material, consumables, tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety and regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work with minimal supervision and interface with diverse partners.
