Job summary

Badlands Contracting, LLC. is seeking Mechanical Skilled Laborers to join their maintenance team in Williston, North Dakota.

The role involves performing manual operating and maintenance duties in support of oilfield services, including new well construction, ongoing maintenance, and roustabout work. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, motivated, and able to work independently or with a team in challenging outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of industrial/facilities construction processes.
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and mechanical needs (fitting pipe, hammering, wrenching, leveling, measuring, digging, cutting, and general cleaning duties).
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Ability to safely operate all vehicles and equipment involved in roustabout work.
• Working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Office, email, and timekeeping programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in inclement and extreme weather conditions.
• Compliance with all company and DOT safety policies.
