Job summary

Trilogy LLC seeks experienced Flowback Operators to operate and maintain flowback equipment and supervise crews in Midland, Texas. The role requires readiness for extended travel and long field shifts, with safety as a priority.

Applicants should have 4+ years inland flowback/well testing or 7+ years offshore, plus a valid CDL and required certifications. Expect day or night 12-hour shifts and a physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years inland flowback/well testing or 7+ years offshore experience.
• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent oilfield experience).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid H2S, WHMIS, TDG certifications; First Aid preferred.
• Ability to travel for extended periods and be on call 24/7.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Strong mechanical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night.
