Job summary

Key Energy Services in Odessa, TX is hiring entry-level Oilfield Floorhands to join our rig crews. You will assist with rigging up and down, handle rods, tubing, and casing, and support oilfield well servicing operations on site.

Ideal candidates are safety-minded team players with basic math and communication skills, willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months oilfield servicing experience required; 1 year preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Ability to lift, operate, and rig up/down equipment and tools.
• Willingness to work on elevated platforms and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rigging up and down on oilfield rigs.
• Handle rods, tubing, and casing safely.
• Support well servicing operations on site.
• Maintain safety procedures and complete required documentation.
