Total Sand Services, LLC (TSS) is seeking a Field Mechanic to ensure maximum performance and reliability of electronics in silo operations. You will test, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair DAQ and level measurement sensors while following strict safety and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities include installing PLC/HMI equipment, wiring, documenting repairs, and data collection for reporting. The role requires outdoor work, strong English communication and a team-driven approach in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Oil field experience preferred.
• Strong and clear communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in a mechanical or maintenance role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Maintain a valid driver's license that meets the Company’s insurance requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and update PLC, HMI and other electronic equipment and instrumentation.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment; preventative maintenance.
• Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components.
• Use schematics to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems.
• Document repairs, inspections and testing for all equipment.
• Collect data throughout shift to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Perform regular and scheduled maintenance on silo equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment by wearing PPE and following site safety standards.
• Communicates operating malfunctions and performance issues to management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
