Job summary

Total Sand Services, LLC is seeking a Field Operator to assemble, operate and maintain wellsite sand equipment and to execute frac sand delivery and inventory. You will coordinate mobilization of silos, inspect equipment and assist with preventative maintenance, all while working with dispatch on schedules and sand counts.

Requirements include oil field experience and strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and basic mechanical understanding of motors and generators.

Qualifications

  • Oil field experience preferred.
  • Strong and clear communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting of electric motors and generators.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR for the last 3 years.
  • Mechanically and technically inclined; able to use smartphone and software programs.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of sand silos and equipment for maximum efficiency.
  • Assemble, inspect and troubleshoot field equipment; assist with maintenance.
  • Work closely with dispatch to inform of sand counts and schedules.
  • Collect freight tickets, bills of lading and other load data for verification.
  • Manage high call volume and electronic communications during shift.
  • Direct off-loading of company assets and third-party trucks at well site.
