Job summary

LUFKIN US Acquisitions Company LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support Field Manager in operating and repairing Oilfield Pumping Unit equipment across shop, yard, or field locations. The role includes rigging, installation, inspection, and repairs, with opportunities to advance through competency-based training.

Successful candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be willing to travel to remote sites, and work overtime or extended hours as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; pumping unit experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Under Field Manager guidance, operate and rig up/down equipment and tools.
• Install, inspect, and repair Oilfield Pumping Units and related systems.
• Handle hands-on work with equipment, requiring precise operation.
• Train to operate multiple equipment types per competency program.
• Assist with product-related tasks like unit assembly and inspections.
• Safely deploy to remote sites with travel time potentially exceeding 4 hours.
