Job summary

LUFKIN US Acquisitions Company LLC is seeking a Supervisor Field Services to lead a team in the Dickinson area. You will oversee daily performance, build safety-focused culture, and ensure client satisfaction through reliable field service and clear communication.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in pumping units and supervision, strong safety knowledge, and proficient Office software. Expect weekend/holiday work and in-field activities with safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
• Minimum two (2) years of pumping unit experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of equipment safety, maintenance, and storage.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Be in the field environment a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee their team's workflow or tasks required to complete a job.
• Scope job locations and build a job plan to support crew success.
• Coordinate with client and Lufkin management to resolve issues before dispatch.
• Debrief with crew on jobs completed and in progress; identify gaps and solutions.
• Define goals, communicate objectives, and monitor team performance.
• Train new hires and ensure safety orientation and policy understanding.
• Monitor and approve timecards; report discrepancies to HR.
• Partner with HR and Senior management and evaluate team performance.
• Develop performance improvement plans and drive change with leadership.
• Resolve employee issues; act as mediator when needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and Stop Work Authority understanding.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to support crews.
