Job summary

Steffes Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Midland, TX to lead a team of field technicians and resolve complex customer issues. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, fabrication, mechanics, welding, construction, and transportation.

The supervisor will train the team, manage dispatching, and ensure safety and high-quality service across oilfield sites. A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience and 3+ years of oilfield background are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, related field education acceptable.
• 3 years recent oilfield experience strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years hands-on plumbing, electrical, fabrication, mechanics, welding, construction, and transportation experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must possess a clean driving record with current license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, train, and manage field technicians.
• Act as the primary training resource for the field team.
• Respond to customer calls, assess needs, dispatch technicians to sites.
• Travel as needed to oilfield locations.
• Develop procedures for the work performed and safety measures.
