Job summary

Blue Seal Energy Group is seeking an Application Engineer & Technical Sales Representative to support oilfield and industrial chemical solutions. The role combines technical sales with hands-on field engineering to optimize customer processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in related roles, a relevant degree, and comfort working in onshore and offshore settings. Base remuneration is provided with commissions and growth opportunities internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, chemical/process engineering.
• Experience in oilfield and industrial chemicals, water treatment, or related technical applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell relevant chemical application technologies to customers and provide after-sales technical support.
• Understand customers' process challenges and recommend suitable chemical solutions.
• Support product trials and field applications; monitor performance and provide technical assistance.
• Enable field projects in onshore and offshore environments and help generate reference treatments.
