Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in oilfield or related industry.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business.
• Able to lead expansion into new markets and products.
• Strong negotiation skills with senior management.
• Knowledge of the oil industry customer base and needs.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead expansion in new markets, geographies, products, and services.
• Create sales reports, forecasts, variance analysis, and mitigation plans.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to grow market share.
• Stay updated on industry and market knowledge for the Sales Manager.
• Lead presentations to potential clients at industry events to generate leads.
• Manage assigned key accounts and resolve service issues with clients.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing plans and initiatives.
• Follow up post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Comply with safety, health, and export control regulations.
