Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a BOP/Rental Service Coordinator in Williston, ND to manage day-to-day operational needs for completions services, ensure shop safety compliance, coordinate rental job activities, and supervise the bop shop crew.

Ideal candidates have experience with BOP and rental equipment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. Local candidates within 60 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in well servicing or oil field services.
• Ability to run high pressure BOP/Rental equipment as needed.
• Basic math, writing, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must have valid state-issued driver license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule multiple field activities.
• Supervise shop activities of the rental division.
• Monitor daily progress of jobs or projects.
• Maintain consistent communication with customer representatives and operations management.
• Reinforce safety culture with HSE representatives in Axis shop.
• Provide technical guidance to shop foreman.
• Audit preventative maintenance on rental equipment.
• Identify process improvements for operations management.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
• Adhere to Axis policies and core values.
