Job summary

Expect 12+ hour shifts, day/night rotations, and travel to field locations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in well servicing or related oil field activities, be able to operate high-pressure equipment, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in well servicing, pressure control, or oil field services.
• Ability to run high-pressure BOP/rental equipment as needed.
• Basic math, writing, computer, communication and interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited direct supervision.
• Must lift up to 75 lbs, climb and handle tools safely.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interface with all related parties to ensure understanding of expectations, task requirements, and steps involved.
• Adhere to all company/client policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Observe safety rules, maintain good housekeeping, and uphold a safe work environment.
• Select and utilize proper personal protective equipment and stop-work as needed.
• Perform required tasks with minimal supervision.
• Take initiative, seek guidance when unsure, and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate professionalism, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and multi-task effectively.
• Work 12+ hour days, including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
