Job summary

Axis is seeking experienced Rig Operators to join their team in Williston, North Dakota. These professionals will lead a 4–5-person workover rig crew, ensuring safe and efficient operations in oilfield environments.

Candidates should have extensive rig operations experience, strong safety orientation, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable CDL is preferred; the role requires willingness to travel up to 75% and pass background and drug screens.

Qualifications

• Five years of workover rig experience.
• Minimum two years Rig Operator experience.
• At least two years (prefer 3 years) Derrick Hand and Floor Hand safety/ops experience.
• CDL Class A or B preferred.
• Valid driver license with acceptable MVR.
• Able to access work environments at heights of 50 ft. or more.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; team lift up to 100 lbs.
• Travel up to 75% may be required.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screens.
