Job summary

Crystal Clean is seeking an Oil Sales & Service Representative in Florida to drive oil sales and provide service to our customer base. You will load and unload oil using hoses and equipment, while ensuring safety and DOT compliance to deliver reliable, on-time service.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain a Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with electronic devices and truck equipment.
• Route sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and service by engaging customers and expanding oil business.
• Operate hoses and equipment to load/offload oil.
• Follow safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment, plan efficient routes.
• Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Meet sales targets while complying with DOT and company standards.

Your Role

• Drive Sales & Service: Engage with customers to provide top-notch service and boost our oil business through new and existing accounts.
• Operate with Precision: Use hoses and equipment to efficiently load and offload oil from various containers.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and minimize travel time with efficient route planning.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong customer connections, pursue additional service opportunities, and identify new business prospects.
• Meet Goals: Achieve sales targets and maintain compliance with DOT requirements and company standards.

• Lift and handle hoses weighing up to 40lbs.
• Climb ladders and handle physical tasks related to oil service.

The compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Actual total earnings will vary based on performance and location and may fall outside of the range shown. Average Annual Earnings: $70,000-$85,000 plus a year and includes benefits such as the following:
