Job Description

The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for lubricating cars efficiently and thoroughly, coordinating with the Production Foreman to carry out responsibilities effectively.

Requirements:

- Attention to detail and ability to provide personal tools required for the job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform all lubrication services.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles (e.g., battery, lights, tires), and refer necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor.
3. Operate and maintain lubrication equipment.
4. Receive repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman and proceed to service the vehicle.
5. Lubricate the entire vehicle while identifying other repair needs.
6. Keep the customer's vehicle clean.
7. Ensure all equipment, especially lifts, is in proper working order.
8. Use appropriate amounts of materials and supplies.
9. Follow all safety policies and report accidents immediately.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• At least two years of experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in an automotive dealership.
• Manual dexterity and good judgment.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform duties safely and pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, driver license).
