Job Description

The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out responsibilities through coordination with the Production Foreman.

Requirements:

1. Associate needs to be attentive to detail and provide their own tools.
2. Perform all lubrication services.
3. Perform thorough checks of customer’s car (i.e., battery, lights, tires), referring needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor.
4. Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment.
5. Receive repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman and proceed to service lift.
6. Lubricate the entire car while looking for items needing repair.
7. Ensure that the customer’s car is kept clean.
8. Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.
9. Use adequate, but not excessive, amounts of materials and supplies.
10. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and report any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
11. Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
12. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
13. Two years of experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership.
14. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
15. All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities safely.
16. All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
