LHH is seeking an Oil & Gas Attorney to join our reputable client's Oil & Gas Practice area. This role will review and analyze oil and gas title abstracts to determine ownership of land, mineral rights, and other interests.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare certified title opinions tailored to client needs.
• Draft titles in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia.
• Conduct independent due diligence review and analysis of oil and gas title abstracts for asset purchase.
• Review oil and gas leases for accuracy and future requirements, ensuring sufficiency of title information.
• Draft agreements, leases, and other legal documents related to oil and gas transactions.
• Provide curative recommendations for clouds on title ownership.

Who You Are:

• Licensed Attorney barred in any state with preferred experience in Oil & Gas Abstracting in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
• Demonstrated writer with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

What We Offer:
