Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise leases, joint operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements.
Conduct title examinations and due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and other energy transactions.
Advise clients on title curative matters, ownership issues, and regulatory compliance.
Research and analyze legal issues related to oil, gas, and mineral rights.
Work closely with partners and clients on complex projects.
