gpac LLC. is seeking an Oil & Gas Title Attorney in Houston to draft complex title opinions for top-tier energy clients and work closely with board-certified oil and gas leadership. The role is on-site and requires J.D. and Texas Bar admission.

You will handle sophisticated title matters, advise on mineral ownership and leasehold rights, and collaborate with attorneys, landmen, and clients on challenging issues. A strong background in drilling and division order opinions is preferred.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school with strong oil & gas focus.
• Admitted to the Texas Bar in good standing is required.
• Experience drafting title opinions and conducting complex title work.

Responsabilidades

• Draft original and supplemental title opinions for energy clients.
• Perform detailed title examinations in TX and producing states.
• Advise clients on mineral ownership and leasehold issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys, landmen, and clients on complex title matters.
• Support in curing title defects and related processes.

Title attorneys: draft complex title opinions for top-tier energy clients and work directly with board-certified oil and gas leadership in Houston.

I am working directly with leadership at a well-established, energy-focused law firm with deep roots in Texas oil and gas law. The firm is adding an Oil & Gas Title Attorney (at least mid-level associate) to its Houston office to handle sophisticated title matters for top-tier energy clients. This is an on-site role.

What We Need

• Drafting original, supplemental, drilling, and division order title opinions
• Detailed title examinations in Texas and other producing states
• Advising clients on mineral ownership, leasehold rights, and curative matters
• Working with attorneys, landmen, and clients on complex title issues
• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Drilling and division order opinion experience preferred
