Qualifications

• Willingness to work 7 or 14 days on/off, including holidays and nights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control drilling parameters and equipment on the rig floor.
• Coordinate with crew to maintain safety standards and efficiency.
• Assist in training and developing crew members as needed.
