Ensign is seeking experienced Drillers to join their Odessa, TX team. Drillers will lead the rig crew, operate advanced drilling equipment, and ensure safe, efficient drilling operations in a high-performance, supportive environment.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, technically adept, and ready to take on a leadership role with a strong track record on modern rigs.
Competenze
- 5+ years as a Driller on a Super Spec rig.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern drilling systems.
- Ability to read and interpret drilling data (weight indicator, torque, pump pressure).
- Proven track record meeting Drilling Performance Metrics (KPIs).
- Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC WellSharp) required.
