Job summary

GH America Investments Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced oil and gas regulatory compliance professional to manage state and local regulatory requirements for producing wells and facilities in Texas, with hands-on field experience and close collaboration with city officials and regulatory agencies.

This role requires visiting operating locations, coordinating filings and permits, and ensuring inspections and permits are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• At least five years of regulatory and environmental compliance experience supporting upstream oil and gas production operations.
• Direct experience working with city or local government requirements affecting operating oil and gas wells or production facilities.
• Hands-on field experience at producing wells and production facilities, including inspections and resolving compliance issues.
• Direct experience managing or coordinating RRC and TCEQ compliance for Texas oil and gas assets.
• Experience coordinating with lease operators, field supervisors, production personnel, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Experience preparing or reviewing regulatory filings and maintaining compliance records.
• Ability to work in person in Irving and travel across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate city and local requirements affecting producing wells and facilities.
• Serve as primary contact for city departments and local officials on compliance matters.
• Review local permits, approvals, ordinances, and operating conditions; track deadlines.
• Coordinate city inspections, site visits, meetings, and inquiries.
• Investigate and address noise, environmental, property, and other complaints with field personnel.
• Follow up on identified issues with documented corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants and legal counsel on local regulatory matters.
