Key duties include developing proposals, managing baselines, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience are preferred; Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (or equivalent) required.
• Technical experience in a science or engineering related field preferred.
• Knowledge of project management concepts and tools with aspirations to further develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals with cost and resource estimates, identify deliverables and milestones.
• Establish baselines for scope, schedule, resources and budget.
• Develop and execute project management plans and charters.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and management for resource allocation.
