Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 7+ years of project management experience in refinery or similar oil/petrochemical industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead oil & gas projects from concept to installation, ensuring compliance with codes and design criteria.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning including process facilities, metering, and control systems.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and project team members.
• Develop project status reports with progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client and regulatory agency relationships.
